Mark O'Sullivan supports players as a coach and Technical Director, providing coaching and professional development and then as leader of our Specialty Training Program. We are excited about Mark's experience from coaching US Soccer Development Academy and internationally to all the players in our club.
Mark is the founder and owner of The Soccer Institute (TSI), which provides consultancy to clubs, coaches, and private training to players through unique Best Practices. The TSI Best Practices are based on first-hand observation of world-leading academies, including but not limited to Barcelona FC and Ajax Amsterdam, as well as Mark's international experience. Mark is a former full-time player in the Professional League of Ireland and coach of teams in Ireland and the United States. Mark's focus as a coach and for the club places an emphasis on the following:
